Plaid or some may refer to as checks are shirts that are quite hard to match.
However, they are quite trendy casual pieces if paired with a nice, straight cut pair of stone washed jeans... paired with either black /brown belt and shoes. Just note that belt and shoes need to be the same color. Remember not to show chest hair when wearing plaid. Tuck the shirt to give a neat, crisp look.
